On the one side Kannada films are facing crushing defeats in the 2012 first half from 50 odd films – the new breed of directors coming with novel thoughts is also not stopping.

Here is one guy Sunil Kumar who is Suni on silver screen comes up with a trailer for his film on the muhurut day of his film. Suni has prepared a script that suits for Summer, Rainy and Winter season. With rich experience from director like Dinesh Baboo, Shivaraj Hosakere and Chakravarthy has come on his own good ideology in presenting a love story film.

‘Simple Agi Ondh Love Story’ starring Rakshit Shetty and Shwetha Srivatsav went on the floor after the trailer screening at Renukamba Digital theatre. It is at the same Renukamba on the top floor Dhuniya Soori shown the feel of his film in 2006. It was on a wall but this is on a silver screen in the ground floor.

‘SAOLS’ has story, screenplay, dialogues, lyrics, production and direction by Suni. His parents and friends are investing up to Rs.1.5 crores on this film.

Suni is shooting in Coorg for rainy season feel, for winter feel he is coming to Mysore and for summer effect he is going to Mangalore.  The film also carries three different feel. Opposite poles attract each other is the beginning of his narration.  Suni is shooting in just 32 days.

Rakshit Shetty put the director in inconvenience by saying that the trailer shown has nothing to do with the film. It is only for the feel it is shown. But prior to that director Suni had told 50 percent of this trailer is part of the film. Tuglaq hero Rakshit Shetty looks handsome was looking for a simple love story. In the title itself such a film has come to him.

The latest lady Shwetha Srivatsav heroine of ‘CYNYMPK’ says the script narrated to her tempted to accept this film. As I told the film with information, entertainment and education is found in this film too she says. She is a chatter box in the film.

Cameraman Manohar Joshi is using the latest digital camera for 5K resolution. It is a challenge to bring three seasons in 32 day shoot. I accept this challenge and Suni has penned wonderful dialogues he pointed.

Bharat BJ is scoring four songs and a few bits for the film. He has worked as conductor for over 40 films in the camp of V Manohar and K Kalyan.
